  "message": "Fix video stall on playback resume.\n\nAllocation query can stall the straming thread when sent with sink\nwaiting in pre-roll. Effectively blocking the processing of\ndata.\n\nThis change implements dropping of the query in source pad, since we\ndon\u0027t use proposed allocation anywhay.
