DELIA-63390 : The autogenerated JDolbyOutput.h does not have dolby_ in R4.2

Reason for change: The autogenerated JDolbyOutput.h does not have dolby_ in R4.2. The Thunder Tools has some issue and Im working on back porting some changes from R4 branch as latest R4.3 fixed it already.
Meanwhile, here is the quick mitigation.
